The Menu Is the Message
The OTB: American cheese, pickles, OTB Sauce, potato bun. The OKC: onions smashed into the patty, Oklahoma style. Hand-cut fries. Thick shakes. That's the whole menu.
A Family Running the Line
This is family-owned in the actual sense; the owner is here, checking on your order, checking on you. That kind of accountability doesn't scale, and we're not trying to scale it.
